We had a wonderful experience with Nikki Miller and her team, and her name has become a family name when it comes to buying a house. Nikki was recommended to my mother by her twin sister, who Nikki helped find a home for in Danville about 6 months ago. We had a challenge set for Nikki: we had a restricted budget and wanted a home that would work well for our multigenerational family (grandma + family of four). On top of that, we were looking to buy a home with funds from a home that had not yet been sold. Nikki worked tirelessly with us to locate homes in various areas as our parameters changed, and was always friendly, informative, and a buyer’s advocate. She also recommended an agent in the area where my mom was selling (Redwood Shores) that helped her get her home on the market and sold within 2 months! While giving us home tours, Nikki was always timely, provided answers to any questions we asked, and was kind and helpful with our 4-year-old whenever she became tired of the process. We really appreciated the time and attention she gave to our home buying process, even when she was out of town for a wedding! Not only is Nikki wonderful, but her team (and the trusted home inspectors she employs) were all very pleasant and professional to work with. We highly recommend Nikki and although we don’t want to have to buy a home again anytime soon ourselves, we know that anyone fortunate enough to work with Nikki is in good hands!
