Nikki and her team are the best!! As a first time home buyer, there was so much I didn’t understand about the home buying process so I needed a lot of help, guidance and support. Nikki was exactly the person I needed to help me through this process! She patiently explained all the steps to me and was very easy to get a hold of via phone, email, and text. I had so many questions and Nikki was always happy to answer them. I especially appreciate that she always kept me in the loop and would update me right away. Nikki and her team work very efficiently! Anytime I was interested in seeing a new house that popped up, she would contact the seller’s agent right away and arrange a time that fit my schedule. I appreciate how flexible Nikki was with her schedule, she would meet with me early before work or late in the day after work to check out potential homes.
