It was a joy to have Nikki as our realtor. She was the realtor for our son’s mother-in-law first and Nikki found her a beautiful home in Clayton. We heard how happy they were with her service and asked Nikki to help us look for a home too. We wanted to relocate near our son and daughter to be near our very young grandchildren and assist in their care and one day when we are older they can in turn watch over us in our golden year. We found a beautiful home in Danville near a Wood ranch farm where we can see live sheep from our master bedroom window. Nikki was patient and understanding every step of the way when we loss offers she was kind to lift our spirit saying it wasn’t meant to be and kept us going by looking for the next home. Nikki made us feel comfortable with our offers, always watching out for us. She kept us within our budget and warned us if the area would be too congested with cars in the area. Nikki stood by us for more than 4 months and continually emailed us new listings as they came out on the market. Nikki met with us and took us to see as many as 4 homes in one day. We love her dedication and passion she has for her profession. She teaches real estate classes to help new comers succeed. Nikki put final touches into our new home by leaving us a box of See’s Candies, live orchid plant, and a bottle of champagne to welcome us into our new home. Nikki goes above and beyond the call of a realtor, we even texted her while she was on vacation and she responded really fast. We bid and closed escrow on our home in 18 days. It was magical and it didn’t feel real until we had the keys in our hands. Nikki, we love you and thank you. If you pick Nikki as your realtor, you will love her like we do.
